For products other than liquid-based, please wait 7-15days to arrive. All liquid-based products will be shipped via surface airmail which will take 10-25days to arrive. Please note that the number of delivery days is an estimate. Depending on the situation of delivery transport, customs clearance, and local handling conditions, the number of days will differ. In the event that you are going to order for a product w/c have different colors or shades like make-up or hair dye, kindly put a note provided at the Order Form. this will ensure faster processing of your order. in the event that the buyer forgot to put a note or e-mail us. we will personally notify the buyer through their e-mail address provided on the order form.. but after two days and still we haven't received any messages from the buyer, we will just have to refund the payment.. thank you!

We at japan beauty ships for free via regular mail so we would like to minimize or eliminate the cases of mail complaints.In some countries, mail loss or theft is very rampant. we have the right to deny payments from customers from countries with this issues. however, if you consider, seen, or experience this "situation" we can provide an alternative mode of shipping called EXPRESS MAIL SERVICE (EMS), this comes with a tracking number and arrives a lot faster compare to regular airmail. however this will require additional payment. if by any chance you feel more comfortable using EXPRESS MAIL SERVICE please do let us know so we can compute the additional shipping charges ( charges varies with location and total weight of the package) thank you for understanding!
